We look forward to meeting you and your pets and welcoming you to the Lynwood Animal Hospital family.
During your visit you will meet several members of our team. You will be greeted and checked-in by one of our friendly receptionists or veterinary assistants.
Once you and your pet have settled into one of our bright exam rooms an RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician) will assist the doctor in taking a thorough history and reviewing any concerns that you may have. During this time we will offer your pet treats, head scratches, or a blanket to hide in – whatever makes him or her more comfortable! We will continue to do this during the physical exam to make the experience as “stress-less” or “fear free” as possible for both you and your pet. Positive reinforcement helps pets relax and hopefully will have them wanting to come back again and again.
